1234 NW Sun Terrace Circle NW

This is a DiVolsta patio home. The location is superb in the heart of St. Lucie West, close to great retail shops and dining. World class PGA golf, Professional baseball, beaches and I-95. This home is in need of TLC, and we feel the price reflect that. The owner will look at and consider all offers. This home has been smoked in as you can see by the pictures. The smell can be removed by washing the walls and the applying knock out and then paint. All carpets need to be replaced.
